Housing & Social Policies

CMI provides support to help design and monitor policies in favor of social housing, social cohesion and inclusion.

We support clients engaged in social housing and accommodation.

Housing is a particularly complex area of public policy: a myriad of stakeholders involved, a large set of financing mechanisms and ever-changing legislative changes evolving with social and societal dynamics.

We support housing and accommodation stakeholders through the design stage of their strategic plans with central administrations, national public institutions, social landlords and federations, local authorities and non-profit organizations.

We support housing and accommodation stakeholders through the design stage of their strategic plans with central administrations, national public institutions, social landlords and federations, local authorities and non-profit organizations.

We also support various stakeholders engaged in social cohesion and solidarity.

We work with social policy stakeholders who combat social and territorial inequalities and extreme exclusion, ensuring access to public services, and promoting daily inclusion of people experiencing precariousness, loss of autonomy or disabilities.

CMI supports the implementation of France’s Solidarity Pact, which builds on the country’s strategy against poverty. We also support the deployment of national and territorial policies promoting the development of so-called “priority neighborhoods”.

CMI supports social housing stakeholders and helps deploy social policies.

We leverage our expertise across diverse ecosystems and multiple regions.
