Training, career development, integration and employment

We work alongside all stakeholders involved in the development of employment programs, training, and career development programs.

CMI supports stakeholders involved throughout the development of employment, training, and career development programs.

We focus on anticipating skills needed nationally and regionally, then help evaluate, conceive or structure training and employment policies accordingly.

We work with local authorities and training providers to anticipate future skills required at regional level then build appropriate vocational training and career transition platforms and guidelines.

We work on the following issues:

  • Assessing immediate and 3-5 year recruitment needs, current recruitment dynamics and hurdles, training offer, and opportunities to develop new training programs.

As part of anticipating skills and training needs for integration and employment, CMI teams help identify and address aggravating regional factors. We have developed vocational training offers at local level for instance generating 3000 new jobs for people who once were excluded from employment access.

  • Developing programs on behalf of local authorities, associations and economic stakeholders.

CMI supports territorial strategies for training, career development, integration and employment serving all audiences regardless of age, education background, work experience or income.

We co-design public policies and subsequent programs for local authorities, associations and recruiters.

  • Impact studies, prospective research, benchmark analyses, and system management audits

We leverage our expertise to conduct impact studies evaluating the deployment of policies and programs geared towards training, career guidance, integration, and employment.

We conduct prospective research and benchmark analyses, qualitative and quantitative, to fine tune training and education programs we co-design or deploy.
