Heath-Related Projects

We support decision-makers in the health and autonomy sectors in crafting their strategic ambition. The ambition is bold: uniting professionals, partners and users around a clear vision of current and projected strategy, as well as the methods they adopt to bring it to life.

We aspire to drive a collaborative dynamic in response to the strategic challenges of health institutions and hospital groups.

  • Establishing a strategic diagnosis that compares field vision with objective data.
The strategic challenges of a medical project will be established based on a detailed analysis of a population’s needs and the strategic positioning of the Hospital Group (GHT) by specialty, taking into account health policies in place, the assessment of the previous projects, and vision of key stakeholders.
  • Collectively defining priority strategic orientations of the GHT/institution.
Seminars we set allow for the identification of strategic orientations and the level of ambition of the GHT. Once shared, the assessment of existing weaknesses in healthcare provision catalyzes thinking as to which territorial strategy should be adopted across intra- and extra-GHT partners.
  • Gradually translating the strategic vision into operational projects by specialty.
To maintain a collaborative dynamic, we support professionals and partners in translating strategic orientations into operational objectives, namely a target activity and organization by specialty. Once projects are validated, we assist in drafting the medical project.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the project.
We are responsible for the quality and consistency of various aspects of a health institution’s project. We act as mediators in case of conflict, focusing debates on patient experience. Our goal is to bring a wide range of actors in the development process together towards a common objective.

We aim to drive a new dynamic during the strategic reflection process, guided by three key actions: exchanging views on the challenges to be addressed, shaping the contours of tomorrow’s offer, and agreeing on the target organization.
