The strategic challenges of a medical project will be established based on a detailed analysis of a population’s needs and the strategic positioning of the Hospital Group (GHT) by specialty, taking into account health policies in place, the assessment of the previous projects, and vision of key stakeholders. - Collectively defining priority strategic orientations of the GHT/institution.
Seminars we set allow for the identification of strategic orientations and the level of ambition of the GHT. Once shared, the assessment of existing weaknesses in healthcare provision catalyzes thinking as to which territorial strategy should be adopted across intra- and extra-GHT partners. - Gradually translating the strategic vision into operational projects by specialty.
To maintain a collaborative dynamic, we support professionals and partners in translating strategic orientations into operational objectives, namely a target activity and organization by specialty. Once projects are validated, we assist in drafting the medical project. -
